The thematic scope of the publication may be divided into two main areas of interest.
The first of these is the question of distribution itself, meaning the structure and development of retail and wholesale networks in Poland. One will find here information on newly opened outlets of various chains and interviews with their chiefs. The picture of FMCG distribution in Poland is built up on the basis of original rankings and maps, such as: the TOP 50 retailers in Poland, the TOP 50 FMCG traders in Poland, the TOP franchise firms in Poland, the TOP FMCG wholesalers in Poland, the TOP alcohol wholesalers, the TOP dairy product wholesalers, the TOP chemicals-cosmetics wholesalers, the map of hypermarkets, the map of discounters, the map of supermarkets, the map of delicatessens. The supplementary feature to these studies are reports dedicated to specialist distribution channels such as: chemicals, drugstores, pharmacies, filling station shops, meat shops, bakeries or fishmongers.
The theme of distribution is supplemented by advisory materials relating to everyday shop-keeping and network management issues such as legal and financial advice, merchandising or the fit-out of trading outlets.
The second group of issues relates to the presentation of given FMCGs subject to given segments of distribution. Thus, ”Detal Dzisiaj” carries listings of: the TOP FMCG producers, the TOP milk processors, the TOP meat processors, and reports on various categories and product markets, their distribution, price levels and the advertising activity levels of producers. New products and promotions of products are presented in separate rubrics.
